This is a painting of a beautiful Andalusian from a horse show in Gainesville, FL March ‘09. It was a Friesian/Andalusian show and I shot over 150 pics with my new (used) 35mm slr camera. I am still learning how to use the camera. The Andalusian is one of my most favorite breed of horse.

This is a little dog that was a commission for a friend at work. The poor little dog was accidently killed so it was a “bitter sweet” commission. It did bring tears to her eyes when I gave it to her, and it made me feel good that I was able to capture the “essence” of the dog that I had never seen.
